What We Do
We help North Florida contractors and property owners complete projects successfully by matching the right equipment to the job. Whether it’s land clearing, grading, trenching, or similar property work, our role is not just to rent machines, but to help customers choose equipment that fits the work and their experience level.
In our experience, many projects become frustrating because the wrong machine was chosen or the difficulty of the work was underestimated. That’s why we take the time to understand what you’re trying to accomplish before recommending equipment.
If a smaller machine is the smarter choice, we’ll say so. If the job truly requires more capability, we’ll guide you there. The goal is simple: set you up to succeed before the work ever starts.

Equipment That Works in North Florida Conditions
Working land in North Florida presents challenges many people underestimate. Sandy soil, hidden roots, soft ground, and tight residential access can quickly turn a simple project into a frustrating one if the wrong equipment is chosen.
Choosing the right machine isn’t just about size or horsepower. Ground conditions often determine whether a project moves efficiently or becomes slow and difficult. Equipment that works well in one area may struggle just a few miles away depending on soil stability and moisture. That’s why we focus on matching machines not just to the job, but to the real conditions found across Starke, Keystone Heights, Lake Butler, Waldo, Lawtey, Middleburg, Hawthorne, Melrose and the surrounding communities.
Because we work with these conditions every day, we help customers choose equipment suited to their job site realities. The goal is simple: machines that work with the land instead of fighting against it, so projects start smoothly and stay productive.

Common questions
Do I need prior experience to rent equipment?
Experience is helpful, but not always required. We’ll discuss your project and skill level beforehand and provide basic operating guidance. The right machine and realistic expectations make a significant difference in project success.
Do you offer training if I don’t know how to use the equipment?
Yes. We review basic controls and safe operation before the rental begins. Based on our own operational experience, we also provide practical guidance on effective methods for completing your specific type of project so you can work confidently and efficiently.
Do you deliver equipment?
Yes. We offer delivery to job sites throughout North Florida. Delivery fees vary based on distance and equipment size. If you prefer to transport equipment yourself, we can review trailer and towing requirements before confirming the rental.
Does the equipment come with a trailer?
Trailers are available at a discounted rental rate when renting equipment. If you plan to tow the equipment yourself, we verify that your vehicle and towing setup are properly rated before confirming the rental to ensure safe transport.
Is the quoted price the total price?
We provide clear pricing before confirming your rental. Total cost depends on rental duration, delivery (if applicable), taxes, and any optional Equipment Protection coverage. We review all pricing details in advance so there are no surprises.
Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a traditional equipment deposit. Rental terms and payment details are reviewed in advance so expectations are clear before equipment is reserved.
Do I need to refill the equipment with fuel?
Equipment is provided with fuel at the start of the rental. Customers are responsible for refueling during use and returning the machine with the same fuel level it was delivered with. If fuel levels are lower upon return, refueling charges will apply.
What happens if the equipment breaks on my job?
If a mechanical issue occurs, we work to resolve it the same day whenever possible. Depending on availability, we will repair the equipment or exchange it for a comparable machine. If we are unable to repair or replace it and the issue was not caused by misuse, unused rental time will be refunded or applied as credit toward a future rental.
