T.E.S. Rentals – Rental Durations & Policies

Half-Day Rental

• Period: 5 hours (within business hours only).

• Runtime: 4 hours.

• Availability: Compact equipment only. Mon–Fri 7AM–5PM; Sat 7AM–1PM.

• Overage: Billed at 25% of ½ day rate / hour. Capped at full day rate.

• Delivery: Not available.

• Late Fee: 25% of daily rate / hour if returned after rental end time. Capped at 100% of daily rate.

• Notes: Customer must pick up/return same day within working hours.

Workingman Rental

• Period: Evening pickup (4–6PM), return by 7AM sharp next morning.

• Runtime: 4 hours.

• Availability: Compact equipment only. Mon–Thu only (not available Fri or Sat).

• Overage: Billed at 25% of daily rate / hour. Capped at full day rate.

• Delivery: Not available.

• Late Fee: 25% of daily rate / hour if returned after 7AM. Capped at 100% of daily rate.

Standard Weekend Rental

• Period: Fri 4PM or Sat AM pickup/delivery → Return Mon by 8AM.

• Runtime: 8 hours.

• Overage: Billed at 1/8 daily rate

• Delivery: Available (Sat AM).

Premium Weekend Rental

• Period: Fri 12pm → Mon 8AM.

• Runtime: 12 hours.

• Overage: Billed at 1/8 daily rate per hour

• Delivery: Available.

1-Day Rental

• Period: 24 hours.

• Runtime: 8 hours.

• Availability: All equipment. Mon - Friday

• Delivery: Available.

Weekly Rental

• Period: 7 days.

• Runtime: 40 hours.

• Overage: Billed at 1/8 daily rate per hour

• Availability: All equipment.

• Delivery: Available.

Monthly Rental

• Period: 28 days.

• Runtime: 160 hours.

• Overage: Billed at 1/8 daily rate per hour

• Availability: All equipment.

• Delivery: Available.
